Boolut ERP: Property management for business centers
A multi-tenant SaaS that runs a business center from one place: leases with e-signature, billing, maintenance, bookings and two-way 1C integration, with web and mobile apps.
What I built
- Separate workspaces for administrators, tenants, landlords, maintenance staff and a platform super-admin, with access enforced in Postgres row-level security.
- Lease agreements: rich-text templates, a signing wizard with signature capture, and PDF generation.
- Billing: recurring invoice generation, overdue checks and payment tracking on scheduled edge functions, plus SaaS subscriptions and trials.
- Two-way 1C:Enterprise integration: a 1C configuration extension with HTTP services that sends counterparties and sales documents to 1C and brings payment confirmations and balances back, with automatic detection of the client’s 1C configuration.
- Operations: maintenance requests with photos and assignment, room booking with conflict control, announcements, built-in chat, and an occupancy and revenue dashboard.
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android, with push notifications and Russian, English and Kyrgyz.
